Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using the Happy Heals website (the "Site"), or by purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Who we are

"Happy Heals," "we," "us," and "our" refers to Happy Heals.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.

Products

Happy Heals sells custom-made products (including custom printed compression socks). Product images and on-screen previews (if any) are illustrative; colors and placement may vary slightly due to the printing process and display differences.

Custom content you submit (photos, text, designs)

When you upload or submit any content ("Customer Content"), you represent and warrant that:

• You own the Customer Content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.
• Your Customer Content does not infringe any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, publicity/privacy rights), and does not violate any law.
• Your Customer Content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

You grant Happy Heals a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your Customer Content solely to:

• create and fulfill your order,
• provide customer support (including reprints),
• prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

We may refuse, cancel, or hold any order that includes Customer Content we believe violates these Terms.

Ordering, production, and fulfillment

• Orders typically begin processing on business days (Monday–Friday). Timing may vary during holidays and peak periods.
• Once a custom order enters production, it may not be cancellable.
• We may limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion (including for suspected fraud or misuse).

Pricing, taxes, and promotions

• Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes and shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout when available.
• Promotions and discount codes are subject to additional terms and may be modified or discontinued.

Payments

We may use third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you agree to their terms in addition to ours.

Shipping

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times (if displayed) are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

Returns and refunds (custom product policy)

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds except where required by law.

Happiness Guaranteed (reasonable reprints)

We stand behind our work.

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work to make it right, which may include a reprint.

This guarantee is intended for reasonable requests. We may limit or refuse reprints when, in our judgment, a request is excessive, repetitive, abusive, made in bad faith, or caused by:

• low-quality or inappropriate Customer Content you provided (e.g., blurry or pixelated uploads),
• inaccurate size selection or customer preference changes after approval/production,
• normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.

If we approve a reprint, we may require additional information (such as photos of the product received) and may adjust the design or production approach to address the issue.

Sizing and compression information

Sizing and compression information is provided for general informational purposes only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice.

If you have medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content (excluding Customer Content) are owned by Happy Heals and/or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or content without written permission.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation,
• upload malicious code,
• use the Site for unlawful purposes,
• submit Customer Content that violates these Terms.

Third-party services and links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for them.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Heals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Heals’ total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or products will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Happy Heals from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• your Customer Content,
• your misuse of the Site.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when the latest version went into effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state/jurisdiction where Happy Heals is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, you agree that any legal action will be brought in the courts located in the state/jurisdiction where Happy Heals is organized, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms (together with any policies referenced on the Site, including our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Happy Heals regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products.
