Products

Happy Heals sells custom-made products (including custom printed compression socks). Product images and on-screen previews (if any) are illustrative; colors and placement may vary slightly due to the printing process and display differences.

Custom content you submit (photos, text, designs)

When you upload or submit any content ("Customer Content"), you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the Customer Content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.
  • Your Customer Content does not infringe any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, publicity/privacy rights), and does not violate any law.
  • Your Customer Content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

You grant Happy Heals a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your Customer Content solely to:

  • create and fulfill your order,
  • provide customer support (including reprints),
  • prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

We may refuse, cancel, or hold any order that includes Customer Content we believe violates these Terms.

Ordering, production, and fulfillment

  • Orders typically begin processing on business days (Monday–Friday). Timing may vary during holidays and peak periods.
  • Once a custom order enters production, it may not be cancellable.
  • We may limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion (including for suspected fraud or misuse).

Prices may change. Payments are processed through third parties.

Returns & Refunds

Custom products are non-refundable except where required by law.
