Maybe you’ve tried compression socks before and didn’t quite get the hype.
We get it.
We hate the uncomfortable, stiff, and sad-looking traditional compression socks.
That’s why we started Happy Heals.
Learn about the quality, materials, and fit of our custom compression socks.
Compression socks are simply “tight stockings that put pressure on your legs.” That’s the sciency definition from Harvard Health Publishing.
Let’s face it, compression socks aren’t the most advanced medical gadget out there. But they work. And they’re recommended for both those with and without medical conditions.
The trick is getting the right fit and level of compression, since these can make or break your experience.

Our socks are designed to make finding the perfect fit easy. How do we do this? We removed the seam around the sock’s heel. Simple as that.
Without a heel, your socks have an extra level of flexibility. No more worrying about your socks cutting off your foot’s circulation or bunching in weird places. With Happy Heals, your socks give an even level of compression from foot through calf.
The only measurement you might need is your calf size, since our socks come in regular and wide options. See more tips on how to order your custom compression socks.
If you want medical-grade socks that are actually comfortable, you’re in the right place.
Happy Heals socks are made of 82% nylon and 18% spandex. They’re stretchy, lightweight, and breathable. This is a huge game changer.
Many traditional compression socks lack breathability and comfort, which can result in rubbing and even blisters.
With Happy Heals, you get comfort—and the health benefits of high-quality compression socks.
Our compression socks are made in America and hand packaged with care. You design your own sock with tried and true best practices—but each sock still gets its own quality control review before and after the printing process.
We offer multiple levels of compression so that you can find your perfect sock.
Want lightweight, all-day comfort? Try a mild level of compression. These should feel fairly similar to other everyday socks, just with the added benefit of compression.
Want to recover faster from an intense workout? Try our highest level of compression. These will feel tighter than your average socks. Remember, even at the highest level of compression, compression socks should still feel comfortable. If you're uncomfortable, don't wear them!
Compression levels above 20 mmHg are considered medical-grade. If you're new to compression socks, we recommend starting with our mild level of compression socks.
While you can customize your socks with a unique print, being able to choose your compression level makes sure you get exactly what you need. If you're someone who sits at a desk most of the day and just needs some extra circulation, our mild compression socks will be enough to improve your blood circulation.
If you're pregnant or regularly have achy or swollen feet, a medium level of compression might be needed to increase blood flow enough to reduce swelling and provide support.

While compression socks offer great wellness benefits, you should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional or physician before making any medical decisions or starting a new health routine, especially if you have pre-existing circulatory issues or medical conditions.
With proper care and occasional use, compression socks can last a year or longer. You’ll be able to tell when it’s time to replace your socks—that snug feeling will start to feel stretched out.
You can generally wear compression socks all day long. However, higher levels of compression (20–30 mmHG) are best worn for a few hours at a time. For example, you can wear higher levels of compression for a few hours after intense exercise to help you recover faster.
Look for socks that fit you well and are comfortable to wear. Poor quality compression socks can cause blisters and even constrict circulation. Quality compression socks fit well and feel good while you’re wearing them.
